Landlords! From October 1st 2008, you must provide an Energy Performance Certificate (EPC) for all new tenancies. This means that you have to organise your EPC in advance, as the law requires you to show it to prospective tenants on request, and to provide them with a copy of it before any tenancy agreement is signed.

EPCs can only be provided by a qualified Domestic Energy Assessor (DEA) who is accredited to an approved body. All DEAs used by Landlordsepc.com are accredited to ABBE.
